Just a quick note for all the CPS readers. There has been some question about having to use the kit or products we are featuring. You *do not* have to use the same products the design team used. That is just to show you some companies or sites you might have otherwise missed. We want to see you creations no matter what you use! :) Also some have mentioned being "behind". Here at CPS you are never behind. Our goal is to have lots of fun and enjoy the design process. We love seeing your work no matter what sketch you use. Just be sure and post your link in a post after one where Kim has updated last so she will be sure and see it :) Hope that clears things up a bit.
Happy Card Making!!

So, have you checked out all the great things at CMK this week? I had lurked on the boards there in the past; but, this week I finally signed up. I was warmly welcomed and saw some people I already knew (even some from CPS!). If you haven't checked it out yet I would highly recommend it.
Now, how about checking out the great designs the CPS designers came up with using CPS #28 along with the August kit from Create My Keepsake.

CPS #28 Sponsored by Create My Keepsake

Welcome back! We are proud to announce that this week's sketch is sponsored by Create My Keepsake. Create My Keepsake joined the ranks of scrapbook retailers in December of 2005 and has proven to be one of the fastest growing scrapbook destinations on the internet! They offer a full service site that allows you to purchase products from your favorite manufacturer and have them shipped to your doorstep! In June of 2007 they launched a new coordinated kit program appropriately named Create My Kit which has become a huge success.
This week we will be featuring products from one of those popular kits. And now, here is this week's card sketch:

CPS #27
Well, first off I have to thank everyone for all the wonderful comments we have gotten over the last week. You are are the best!! I'm sure your waiting to see who gets the yummy blog candy from Anabelle. Well, according to random.org the winner is Allison! Congrats Allison, please send yout mailing info (email link on the right) and Anabelle will get that all taken care of ;)
Next I have a lot of congrats to send out to the CPs designers this week. I hope you've been keeping up to date on the latest cards because sometimes they don't stay here long. I just replaced seven cards with little green "removed for publication boxes". One card didn't even make it to being posted before it was gone! So, congrats to Sherry, Lea, Melissa, Anabelle, Kim Christine and Alissa. Great work ladies!
By now you may notice there is no sponsor this week. Why, you ask? We have decided to leave every third week "sponsor free" to allow the designers to work with their own supplies and creative spirit ;) So, look for a new sponsor next week. Until then here is the newest sketch and some more great designs from the CPS designers:

A new milestone and a RAK!
I'm sure a lot of our regular readers seldom scroll all the way down to the very bottom of the page. I, myself, seldom do, but today for some reason I did. When I did I noticed that today marks the 6 month anniversary of the card sketches here at CPS. Then I also noticed that we were almost at 50,000 visits. So, I have been watching the counter change throughout the day...and we did it!!! As of 4:33pm today, exactly 6 months after the first sketch, we had our 50,000th visitor!!
I think that calls for a celebration :) So, leave us a comment here on this thread and tell us what you think of CPS, what you'd like to see, whatever you want. I'll leave it open until I post the new sketch on Sunday and announce the winner of a great RAK (photo coming soon)!
Thanks to everyone who has visited us and joined in on the fun over the last 6 months, as well as all of those who have spread the word and linked us on their blogs. We have some major events planned in the near future and look forward to the next 6 months.
And, on a personal note, I want to give a HUGE heartfelt thanks to all of the CPS Designers Alissa, Anabelle, Christine, Kelly, Kim, Lea, Linda, Lisa, Melissa and Sherry. You girls are the best. CPS wouldn't be the same without all the amazing designs from you ladies. Thank you!!
((hugs))
Tami
(who's in a highlighting mood today!! *grin*)
